  100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee Program Rules
 
Under the Re-marriage.com 100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee Program, (the "100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee Program" or the "Program") if you don't find someone special and are not engaged or married during your one year paid VIP Membership, we will continue to provide service at no charge until you find a life partner. (the "Lifetime Service Guarantee") to the Re-marriage.com service at no additional expense. See Re-marriage.com Terms of Use for details regarding the Re-marriage.com service and use of the Re-marriage.com website.
To be eligible for the 100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee Program, and to get (the "Lifetime Service Guarantee") you must:
 
1) Comply at all times with the Re-marriage.com Terms of Use. By using the Re-marriage.com website and participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the Re-marriage.com Terms of Use.
2) Pay in full the applicable rate for a one-year VIP Membership to the Re-marriage.com service.
3) Use your VIP Membership to create a Re-marriage.com Profile with a recent photograph. Your Profile and photograph must be approved by Re-marriage.com within the first seven days of your VIP Membership in order for you to be eligible for the 100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee Program. Details on approval of Profile and photograph are available at FAQ.
4) VIP member profiles registered with current marital status of Never Married, Divorced, Widowed or Annulled are only eligible for the 100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee Program. VIP Member profiles registered with marital status as Separated are not eligible for 100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee Program.
5) You must keep your Re-marriage.com Profile visible at all time during your VIP Membership.
6) Communicate during your VIP Membership with other Re-marriage.com Members with whom you have not previously communicated during your VIP Membership ("Unique Re-marriage.com Members").
7) Use your VIP Membership Actively and Send a "Qualifying Email" to a minimum of ten other Unique Re-marriage.com members each Month during your VIP Membership. A "Qualifying Email" may be one you send to a Unique Re-marriage.com member who has not yet emailed you or an email response you send to a Unique Re-marriage.com member who has emailed you. A "Qualifying Email" must be an email sent through the Re-marriage.com service and does not include any other method of communicating (such as Re-marriage.com Express Interest, Re-marriage Messenger or emails sent outside of the Re-marriage.com system).
Progress toward eligibility for the 100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee Program may be determined at any time during a VIP membership by visiting the Re-marriage Guarantee page and seeing the guarantee statistics which will tell you wheather you are meeting the requirements to redeem the guarantee. If, during the last seven days of a VIP membership, you are eligible and indeed qualified to receive the "Lifetime Service Guarantee" you should fill up the Lifetime Service Guarantee request form. After recieving your request Re-marriage.com team will review your guarantee statistics and if you are qualified your "Lifetime Service Guarantee" will be activated and you will be notified by customer support team. If you did not qualify, check your guarantee statistics section for red exclamation points which will call out the reason. Please see the 100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee FAQ for further information. You may also contact Customer Support with any questions related to the Re-marriage.com service or the Program. Re-marriage.com alone will make all decisions under these Program rules regarding Program policies, including but not limited to Program and 100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee (the "Lifetime Service Guarantee") eligibility.
If you are eligible and qualified to receive the "Lifetime Service Guarantee" and failed to send the Lifetime Service Guarantee request form during the last 7 days of your VIP membership, you will be still qualified for the Lifetime Service Guarantee. Re-marriage.com will be automatically notified as when your membership expires. In this event Re-marriage.com team will review your guarantee statistics and if you are qualified your "Lifetime Service Guarantee" will be activated and you will be notified by our customer support team.
If you have been benefited with the "Lifetime Service Guranteee" and you have not logged into your Re-marriage.com account for 60 days, you will be disqualified from the "Lifetime Service Guranteee" and your Re-marriage.com account will be suspended due to an extended period of inactivity. Once the account is suspended your profile information that was formerly stored will get deleted and you need to re-create your profile to continue the search for a life partner, after re-creating the profile your membership type will be as a FREE Member.
VIP Members eligible and qualified to receive a 100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee (the "Lifetime Service Guarantee") will not receive a refund, money or any other thing of value as a substitute for the "Lifetime Service Guarantee". The "Lifetime Service Guarantee" may only be used by the member who joined the VIP membership, and the "Lifetime Service Guarantee" may not be sold or transferred in any way.
If you did not qualify for 100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee Program in your one year VIP membership period, you will not be benifited from the "Lifetime Service Guarantee". In this case if you want to renew your VIP membership for another year by paying the VIP membership charges you can again avail the 100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee Program.
The Re-marriage.com Terms of Use and the 100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee Program Rules are subject to change by Re-marriage.com at any time, effective upon posting on the Re-marriage.com website, and your use of the Re-marriage.com service and your initial or continued participation in the 100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee Program after such posting will constitute acceptance by you of such changes. Re-marriage.com reserves all rights to modify, suspend or cancel the Program at any time and without notice.
