1. How do I get the 100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee?
It's easy! Join our VIP membership and get 100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee. To learn more about the Guarantee Program, please read our guarantee program rules. If you have not met someone special after one year of your VIP Membership and followed all the program rules, you will qualify for the "Lifetime Service Guarantee" we will continue to provide service at no charge until you find a life partner. 2. I joined VIP membership with the 100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee program. How do I know how I'm doing?
Login to your Re-marriage.com account click on My Re-marriage panel. Go to the My Guarantee page and see your guarantee statistics which will tell you whether you are meeting the requirements to redeem the guarantee. Red exclamation points will indicate if you need to take action, for example, if you haven't sent enough emails, or didn't responded to members emails. If you are meeting all the requirements, blue check marks are displayed in both the current and previous month's sections.

3. How do I ask for my guarantee?
During the last 7 days of your VIP membership, go to the My Guarantee page and see your guarantee statistics. If you did, indeed, qualify, fill up the Lifetime Service Guarantee request form. After receiving your request Re-marriage.com team will review your guarantee statistics and if you are qualified your "Lifetime Service Guarantee" will be activated and you will be notified by our customer support team. If you did not qualify, check your guarantee statistics section for red exclamation points which will call out the reason.

4. If I failed to send the Lifetime Service Guarantee request form during the last 7 days of my VIP membership, will I be still qualified for the Lifetime Service Guarantee?
Yes you will be qualified even if you have failed to send the Lifetime Service Guarantee request form. Re-marriage.com will be automatically notified as when your membership expires, in this case Re-marriage.com team will review your guarantee statistics and if you are qualified your "Lifetime Service Guarantee" will be activated and you will be notified by our customer support team.

5. What happens to my VIP membership if I did not qualify for the 100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee Program?
VIP Members who did not qualify for 100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee Program in their one year period will not be benefited from the "Lifetime Service Guarantee". If they want to renew their VIP membership for another year by paying the VIP membership charges they can again avail the 100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee Program.

6. I sent or responded to ten people each month, why didn't it count?
The program rules state that you must send or reply to ten unique Re-marriage.com users each month ("unique" meaning users you have not previously contacted).
