How can I search for my partner on Re-marriage.com? What are the search options available?
Depending on the criteria you have in mind, you can use the various search tools to identify profiles of your interest. Following are the various search options available.
 View Profile by ID:
In case you already have a specific Profile ID, then the search can be done by using the link “View Profile by ID” - Enter Profile Id.
Smart Search:
Smart Search has more than 25 criteria to search by, so your search is as specific as you'd like it.
Saved Search:
Allows you to save searches with different criteria and run the same again and get the list of members who suit your profile.
Photo Club:
Photo Club lets you search by displaying member photos only. Keep in mind that VIP members who protect their photographs cannot be viewed in photo club.
Who is Online:
Who is Online helps you search members who are online so you can chat on the Re-marriage.com Messenger.
Matrimonial Sites:
Special sites to search for Religions, Communities, and Countries.
Partner Matches:
Members who match your Partner requirements.
Personal Matches:
Members whose Preferred Partner requirements you fulfill.

Re-marriage eMatch is an intelligent two way matching tool that finds superior compatible matches used by only paid members.

In what order are the partner search results listed?
The partner search results get updated continually. The most recent registered profiles are listed at the top so that you can view and get to know the newest members of Re-marriage.com.
The 'Sort results by' feature which is available in most search pages helps you choose the order in which your search results are displayed.

In the search results I can see some small icons next to some of the Profile ids. What do those icons mean?
Re-marriage.com uses the following icons to denote various status of profiles.

Contact Number visible: indicates that the member has made contact number available and is visible to paid members |
 |
Contact Number available on request: indicates that the member has hidden contact number and is available on request |
 |
Viewed: indicates that you have already marked this profile as viewed |
 |
Re-marriage Trust SEAL: the profile is accompanied by a Re-marriage Trust SEAL |
 |
Available for chat: indicates that the member is on Re-marriage.com Messenger and available for chat |
 |
Chat Status - Busy: indicates that the member is on Re-marriage.com Messenger but not available for chat |
 |
Accepted: both the members have accepted each other |
 |
Declined: interest expressed has been declined by one of the persons concerned |
 |
Canceled: interest expressed has been canceled after being accepted |
 |
Awaiting Response: interest has been expressed but no response has been given |
 |
Favorites: the profile is in your list of favorite profiles |

How can I see profiles of other members whose partner profiles match with my personal profile?
To get the list of those members whose Preferred Partner requirements you fulfill just follow the simple steps:

Login to your Re-marriage Account. |

Under My Matches click the "Members looking for me" option. |
|
This will show all the members whose partner profile requirements match your personal profile. Contacting these members increase the chance that you will receive a reply from them as they already indicated through their partner profile that they are interested in profiles similar to yours. |

Why am I not getting many matches/messages and/or replies from other profiles?
There can be many reasons why you are not receiving many responses. Our experience shows that more complete profiles with detailed description and photograph have a much higher chances of getting response from other profiles.
If you have liked a profile and trying to contact a member, it is always a good idea to check what the member is looking for in his/her partner, before expressing interest in the member. Also, don't forget to fill in more information about yourself before you express interest. It encourages people to accept your interests expressed.
You have to SEARCH and SEEK and contact members. Statistics show that members who initiate contacts find their partner almost 5 times faster than those who wait to receive contacts.

Why am I receiving messages and/or matches from members whose profiles don't match my preferences?
The most likely reason could be that the partner profile that you have created is too vague or is not specific. To receive more suitable matches and contacts make your partner profile more specific to your preferences. Also we would request you to respond to all the interests you receive, even if you have to decline the proposal. Your response, positive or negative, will be helpful in closing the loop and completing the interaction.

Can I see my profile statistics?
Yes. After you login to your My Re-marriage panel, click on the View Detailed "Profile Statistics" link. On this page you will see a list of statistics in the "My Profile Statistics" section. You can see statistics like how many people viewed your profile, your Favorite profiles, Members whose requirements you meet, Members who match your Partner requirements, Members who expressed interest in you and Members who you expressed interest in.

What is the Favorites feature? What does it do?
The Favourites feature lets you save profiles that you like, so that you can view them later. To use this feature, you need to be logged in. To add a profile to your list of favourites, click on the option "Add to Favorites" which you will find at the bottom of every profile.
To view the list of Favorites, just follow the simple steps:

Under My Matches click the "Favorite & Viewed List" option. |

This will show you the list of your favorite profiles. You may also remove profiles from this list by clicking on the  icon under the Remove column. |

What is the Viewed feature? What does it do?
Viewed feature gives you an option of marking profiles that you have already seen and do not wish to view again in the near future. To use this feature, you need to be logged in.
To mark the profile as viewed, click on the option "Mark as Viewed" which you will find at the bottom of every profile. All members in your "My Viewed List" will bear a icon across his/her profile in all your listings.

This will show you the list of members marked as viewed. You can have a maximum of 500 members in this list. You may also remove profiles from this list by clicking on the icon under the Remove column. |

Can I get a list of members who have visited my profile?
Yes. On your My Re-marriage page you will see the list of recent visitors to your profile. Similarly, your profile id will appear in the members recent profile visitors list whose profile you have visited.
